In a recent study of Catholic Schools, the conclusion reached was that the role of the teacher is seen as a significant factor in the success of students. The study stated: "The strongest motivator affecting teachers in Catholic schools is the desire to teach in this kind of an educational environment. The second strongest is their view of teaching as ministry and, third, their love of teaching."
